WPP update again/Update for Abilities of Finalized Noise from RnR3

Wallpaper update (for the 17th time..) and Transforming Info Updates rom the Official Site of Ryuusei no Rockman 3 !

At the Henshin Section (Transforming Section)
What both Finalized Noise have in common:
-The Battle Cards in the Folder will automatically changed into a specialized folder
-x2 to War-rock's attack Battle Cards
-Buster Level MAX
-No Charged Shots
-Both Finalized Noise could Stay only for 3 turns (then the Noise % would go down to 0%)
Only to Black Ace:
-Auto Lock (the lock on cursors would appear on an enemy automactically)
-Quick Guage (faster custom gauge)
-Air Shoes (can float on empty panels)
-Float Shoes (isn't effect by any negative panels)
-NOTE: Black Ace gains x2 damage to all cards becuase of the Auto Lock
-NFB: Black End Galaxy
Only to Red Joker:
-Super Armor (won't cause to flinch back)
-Status Gaurd (immune to all negative status: freezing, paralyze, blind, bubbling, and confusion)
-NFB: Red Gaia Eraser


Gemini Noise and Wolf Noise (going to transform to their Finalized Noise)


Black Ace / Red Joker


Black Ace: Plasma Gun X / Red Joker: Big Grenade


Black Ace / Red Joker: Flame Axe


Noise Force Big Bang:
Black Ace: Black End Galaxy / Red Joker: Red Gaia Eraser

Note: Red Joker's NFB leaves a fracture on the panels

Effect of the [Cards in folder would change] ability: it would change your battle cards into more-powerful cards.

After the Access: Battle Card being selected Windy Attack 3 (Note: The Battle Card with the Ryuusei Pendant with an attack of 500 is the NFB Black End Galaxy; You see Lapalce at the right-top corner? That's an attack of 180!)
