Starting with the Three Main Tribes:

Thunder Berserk (Element: Elec; Weakness: Wood)

Next, is Triple Tribe. There's only one Triple Tribe form, the Tribe King. To use him, you must activate the Brother Force of the third Tribe while in a Double Tribe form. Because the Tribe King has no weakness, rather than being canceled by elemental weakness, it will automatically cancel after three turns. Also, the Tribe Power will be different depending on the version of the game you own, meaning there are three different versions of the Tribe King.

Finally, there are the Rockman Burai forms. These forms have no Lock On mode, you cannot use Mega Class cards to summon an ally (no mention on Giga Class cards), but they also gain sword affinity and lose their elemental weakness. In addition, they cannot be locked onto, and thus, they are immune to War Rock Attack. There's also a new ability, Kizuna Force Big Bang Counter. You cannot perform Kizuna Force Big Bang normally (meaning a counter will just give you a bonus card). Instead, when the opponent uses a time-freezing card, you can tap a Brother Force card on the bottom screen to use it up. Rockman will then perform either Genocide Blazer, Thunder Bolt Blade, or Fuumashippuujin, depending on which form he is in, and stop the opponent's attack. Afterwards, the transformation will cancel. Finally, all three Rockman Burai forms gain +20 attack power for swords and at the start of each turn, they will generate a 1HP denpa barrier.

Also, while you cannot have brothers while searching for the Pieces of Loneliness, once you obtain the Proof of Loneliness, you can reinstall your NPC Brother Band and re-add your four Brother Forces.

When battling, you can sometimes find Denpa-kun roaming the battle field. They act like the Green Mystery Waves that you sometimes find on the field. Do battle without letting them die and you may be rewarded.

As you may or may not know, bosses from the first game will be returning. Harp Note is a given and CoroCoro confirms the return of Ox Fire and Gemini Spark (this time Gemini Spark W holds the HP meter). In addition, we know of Ophuichus Queen and Cancer Bubble being Wave Command Cards, implying that they shall return as well. Speaking of the past, inserting any of the old EXE games into the GBA W-slot will activate a secret mission starting with an email from Goyouda Heiji.
