Not White Ace... but Red Joker!!

From what we know, the first title of RnR3 is Ryuusei no Rockman Black Ace. Some are expected of White Ace (real for real or not..), but the second title came out as Ryuusei no Rockman Red Joker!!

Both Black Ace and Red Joker will be released on November 13 this year.

Black Ace is a finalized Noise that has a very high speed while Red Joker has a very powerful power.


The realease of this two versions would include a special White Card that kinda is like a Brother Band (Black Ace would get High Speed Black Ace and Red Joker would get Powered Red Joker). When you select it, it would random one card from the four, which one of them include the Noise Force Big Bang (it's at the left top, Black Ace is Meteorite Barrage and Red Joker's Atomic Blazer - a name just like Fire Leo's SFB).


It's also worth noting that the Shooting Star Rockman manga is returning, although with a different artist! Takamisaki Ryou, who did the art and story for the original Rockman.exe manga, will return to illustrate the new installment of the Shooting Star series. Those who were fans of the original EXE manga will greatly welcome this change. The manga will be published in CoroCoro as usual.


Additional details:
In order to increase the Noise level during a virus battle, you must delete a virus in one time (like killing a 40Hp Mettrio one time with a sword will increase your Noise level by 40%). But towards the Boss enemies, the Noise level would increase by half the damage you make on the the boss with each attack. (Note: The Noise level would increase only to Non-Element attacks!)
Seems like the Program Advane from Rockman EXE is returning... (like three Cannons in a row makes a powerful Attack).

Noise Changes will still have their elements, so if your in Wolf Noise and is struck by a fire attack.. your Noise level will drop to 0% and you would return to your Normal Rockman form. Cygnus Noise has been told that swords elements is the weakness.

Some details on Noise Changes have also been revealed. Gemini Noise appears to have a Noise Force Big-Bang called Thunder Bolt Blazer. It also seems that the form will grant the Side Select ability. As for Cygnus Noise, in the "Color Out" form, it simply grants +10 damage to non-elemental cards and the Float ability.When the Noise level rises to above 50%, the transformation will fill in and Rockman will gain many more abilities, including the Feather Vulcan charged shot, which acts similarly to Air Spread, +30 damage to Wind-type cards, and the Noise Force Big-Bang Meteor Bomb, which strikes a 3x3 area twice for 140 damage per shot.

Favorite System of the Brother Band (still no detail of how it would affect the Brother Band system). The Regular System will return from Rockman EXE (the Megabyte value cards are returning, example like in EXE: Cannon is 10mb so you could put 4 of them in one folder).

Side Camera could be set through options from the menu.

Wave Holes are no longer use (yaah~!), and instead of Wave-in and Wave-out, Subaru will use Cyber In and Cyber Out instead - it could be done anywhere in the map!

In battle, the custom screen sorts cards by two categories: Support Use and Single Use. Single Use cards are the ordinary Battle Cards that we are all-too-well familiar with, such as the Cannon series and other offense cards as well as Barriers, Traps, and Recovery. Support Use cards are cards that can be used to affect the battle in different ways during special situations and they have been assigned attributes. Area Eater is neutral, Attack+10 is fire, Invisible is Aqua, Mahi Plus is Elec, and Kusamura Stage is Wood.

There's also mention of ways to modify War Rock's Wizard structure, though there are rules that must be followed and the setup/recoding must be submitted and approved by the Satella Police (kinda like Navi Customizer in EXE's).
