There's also a report that has been confirmed of the ability to download battle cards from the Meteor Server (the cards that has an [X] mark). The Ace program is also described as part of the Noise Change system (wonder what's the connection between the two thing?).

Omigosh!! I'll return what I've said about the Noise Change forms.... Black Ace is soooooooooooooo cool!!! Black End Galaxy...!! It's so powerful with an attack of 500! I think it must be pretty hard to transform into Black Ace...or not XD?
