Rockman Red Joker.
From the picture we can see that
Red Joker's Noise Force Big Bang is
Red Gaia Eraser
What would be differeces between the
Black Ace version and the
Red Joker version are:
-different Wave Battle Cards (not confirmed in Standard and Mega Cards yet)
-different Noise Change
-and different Finalized Noise (either
Black Ace of
Red Joker of course)
Rockman will be able to download exclusive cards from the Meteor Server that will appear in his folder during battle.
Red Joker's exclusive cards are listed to include a weaker Red Gaia Eraser (200 damage) and a card called Big Grenade (60 damage). Also, at the end of a battle where
Finalized Noise Change is activated, the Noise level will automatically drop to 0% afterward.
Report makes mention of Noise Changes of Fear (恐怖のノイズチェンジ/Kyoufu no Noise Change). These transformations will present themselves towards the end of the game. They are randomly selected and assigned, though one can change their assigned Noise Change of Fear as they continue battling.
When enemy viruses are killed with 100% noise levels of higher, the card that is dropped will be random, meaning you could pick up completely unrelated cards from the virus defeated.
